At Glendale Rotary Club, members donned their red noses May 24 and posed for a picture to show their support for the worldwide effort to end child poverty and their dedication to service above self.

Red Nose Day is an international fundraising campaign run by Comic Relief Inc., dedicated to ending child poverty.
Red Nose Day has raised more than $1 billion since its launch in 1988 and has benefited children and young people in all 50 U.S. states and 34 countries.
The official Red Nose Day for 2018 was May 24, though fundraising events featuring red noses are held throughout the year to benefit the campaign. The fundraising effort began in the U.K. in 1988. Red Nose Day launched in the United States in 2015.
