The Center at Arrowhead in Glendale, 7201 W. Camino San Xavier Ave., is a stunning skilled-nursing facility that serves patients in need of physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care. It provides care in a beautiful, hotel-like atmosphere, rapidly restoring patients to their achievable strength, mobility and functionality. The Center at Arrowhead will be opening its doors in October.
The new campus has 96 private rooms with private bathrooms, a 3,156-square-foot gymnasium for physical and occupational therapy and will employ approximately 200 medical professionals.
The facility will include state-of-the-art therapy equipment and unparalleled comfort and amenities, including 42-inch HD TVs, wireless internet access and gourmet meals. The Center at Arrowhead tailors a well-rounded program for each individual patient to encourage a rapid transition to independence.
The Center at Arrowhead is the result of community members and physicians who have partnered to coordinate a more effective and efficient sub-acute care experience.
The new campus was built by Kitchell Construction Inc. and designed by H+L Architecture. The Center at Arrowhead is managed by Veritas Management Group.
