Ahead of the NFL draft, which begins April 25, the Arizona Cardinals have announced their preseason schedule. The Cardinals will kick off the 2019 preseason with two games at State Farm Stadium, before hitting the road for two more preseason games.
The first preseason game, against the Los Angeles Chargers, will occur between August 8 and August 12, though the exact date and time will be announced at a later date. The Cardinals will then host a nationally televised game against the Oakland Raisers at 5 p.m. Thursday, August 15, on ESPN.
The preseason will conclude on the road. The Cardinals play the Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium between August 22 and August 25, and then the Denver Broncos at Broncos Stadium between August 29 and August 30.
The Cardinals will also host their seventh consecutive training camp at State Farm Stadium. Along with the regular season schedule, formal dates are expected to be announced later this month.
Home opponents for the regular season are set to be Detroit Lions (6-10-0 in 2018), Carolina Panthers (7-9-0), Atlanta Falcons (7-9-0), Cleveland Browns (7-8-1), Pittsburgh Steelers (9-6-1), San Francisco 49ers (4-12-0), Seattle Seahawks (10-6-0) and defending National Football Conference champions Los Angeles Rams (13-3-0).
Road opponents will include the New York Giants (5-11-0), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-11-0), New Orleans Saints (13-3-0), Cincinnati Bengals (6-10-0), Baltimore Ravens (10-6-0), San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams.
