Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of Granity Manor, a 42-unit apartment property in Glendale. 

According to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office, the asset sold for $6.4 million.

“Less than 1 mile from Glendale High School, Grand Avenue Expressway (Route 60) and Historic Downtown Glendale, Granity Manor is well-positioned for employment and neighborhood amenities,” said Paul Bay, first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office. 

“The seller, Andre Golnazarian, sold Granity Manor as part of a portfolio including another mid-sized apartment community in West Phoenix called Georgia Villa.”

Bay had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of Golnazarian. The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Bay.  

Granity Manor has 42 units, 10 of which were built in 2016, and the remaining 32 were constructed in 1984. The apartment community includes a pool, community laundry, playground, dog run, covered parking and exterior lighting. Granity Manor is located at 6220 W. Ocotillo Road in Glendale.
