St. Louis-based US Capital Development began construction on Falcon Park 303, a new industrial development project in the 303 Loop corridor.
The 599,486-square-foot logistics facility will be in the 15000 block of West Camelback Road in Glendale. Construction is expected to begin in August, with completion slated for July 2022.
The project team for Falcon Park 303 includes general contractor Willmeng Construction; civil engineering firm Hilgart Wilson; architect Gray Design Group, Inc.; and real estate brokers Andy Markham and Mike Haenel with Cushman & Wakefield.
“With its strong labor pool and excellent infrastructure, Glendale is an ideal location for industrial development, and we’re excited to deliver a building of the high quality USCD is known for nationwide,” said Scott Sachtleben, managing principal at USCD.
“The project will feature state-of-the-art specifications, including 40-foot, clear, full-site circulation and abundant truck and auto parking. We look forward to delivering Falcon Park 303 and many future developments to the Phoenix region.”
