Police are seeking Arnulfo Rivera-Jimenez, suspected of murdering his fiancee, Marissa Canedo-Gonzalez.

The Glendale Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Arnulfo Rivera-Jimenez, suspected of murdering his finacee, Marissa Canedo-Gonzalez.

On Jan. 21, Glendale police officers responded to a 911 call for service near 5600 N. 62nd Avenue.

Officers found Canedo-Gonzalez inside a residence with multiple stab wounds. She was transported to a local hospital, where she died.

Investigators determined she had been arguing with Rivera-Jimenez, who, according to witnesses, stabbed her multiple times and then fled.

Rivera-Jimenez, 31, was last seen in the area of 51st Avenue and Thomas Road driving a 2000 white Chevy Silverado extended cab truck with Arizona license plate APG2311.

Rivera-Jimenez is 5-foot-8 and 200 pounds. 

According to police, he was believed to be headed to Mexico.
