Chris Anaradian, formerly the assistant city manager, is no longer employed by the city of Glendale.
“Chris recently left the city,” said Jay Crandall, a Glendale spokesman.
Crandall would not say if Anaradian was fired or voluntarily left employment.
“As with any personnel matter, we are not able to comment other than to say we wish him well,” Crandall said.
Anaradian’s name was mentioned several times in a December Glendale City Council meeting, during a contentious discussion of the sale of the Glen Lakes Golf Course to a home developer. He was not present at the meeting.
He was also involved in negotiations of the sale of the Glendale Memorial Park Cemetery. A potential buyer backed out of a proposed agreement on the cemetery last month.
