Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale received an “A” rating in the Leapfrog Group’s Fall 2019 Safety Score, demonstrating the hospital’s commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care. It is the fourth consecutive top grade for the hospital.
The Leapfrog Group Hospital Safety Score is a rating system designed to give consumers information they can use to make healthcare decisions for themselves or a loved one. The Leapfrog Group assigns A, B, C, D and F grades to more than 2,600 U.S. hospitals based on their ability to prevent errors, injuries, accidents and infections.

Abrazo Arrowhead’s sister hospitals, Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear and Abrazo Central Campus in Phoenix, also earned A grades in the Leapfrog Group’s Fall 2019 Safety Score.
Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is a leader minimally invasive in surgical robotics, cardiovascular services and obstetrical care including a Level IIE Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The 217-bed teaching hospital is also home to the Abrazo Graduate Medical Education program’s Internal Medicine and General Surgery residencies.
