Elijah Ochoa-Gamez, 14,  was fatally stabbed Friday in front of his home on the 4900 block of West Bethany Home Road, Glendale Police said.

Police were called to the area at 11:30 p.m., said Tiffany Ngalula, a police spokeswoman.

“A fight had ensued involving three adult suspects and the child. The child was fatally stabbed by one of the suspects and was transported to a local valley hospital, where he tragically succumbed to his injuries,” Ngalula said.

“The family has allowed the police department to release the name of the victim to aid in furthering the investigation.”

She said police are in search of three suspects:

The first suspect is a white or Hispanic male, 20-30 years old, curly dark brown hair, approximately 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-7, average build, with a possible scar under his left eye.  He was seen riding a BMX-style bicycle.

The second suspect is a white male, 20-30 years old, blonde hair, light-colored goatee, 5-foot-11 to 6-feet tall, thin build, with a possible tattoo on his right arm.  He was in possession of a white pit bull with spots, which was used in the attack on the boy.

The third suspect is a white or Hispanic female, about 30 years old, dark hair, average build, with tattoos on both arms, possibly full sleeve on the left arm and a tattoo of a moon on the left chest.
