The city of Glendale reopened Glendale City Hall to public access Monday, June 8. Access was restricted in mid-March to protect the safety of residents and staff due to COVID-19.
City Hall is open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
To help ensure distancing, a maximum of three visitors will be allowed in the customer service area at one time. For those visiting City Hall to make a payment, only one family member will be allowed in the customer service area.
Residents may continue to use the payment drop box outside the first-floor entrance of City Hall as well.
Additional safety measures include:
• Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch areas, including door handles, elevator buttons and counters.
• Hand sanitizer available to the public when entering the building.
• Plexiglas barriers in customer service areas.
• Face coverings are recommended.
